Account Management
3.1 Account Security

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure
- Users may request to close their own account at any time.

- Accounts may be deactivated after extended inactivity (12 months or more).
3.3 Login and Sessions
Each account is for the personal use of one individual. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. Accounts may not be used for professional betting syndicates or groups.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
1stbet accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay payment methods for making deposits. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly or within a few minutes.
Minimum deposit: ৳500 — applicable to all payment methods. Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Processing a withdrawal request generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method that was used to make the deposit.
- Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- Funds obtained from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- 1stbet reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process in cases of suspicious activity.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Withdrawal time: 30 minutes to 3 hours (based on Bangladesh Standard Time). Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
4.3 Transaction Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳8,000 will attract the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before the bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. The games that count toward meeting the wagering requirement will be listed on the promotions page.
- Bonuses are applicable only to eligible users.
- Each user may receive only one welcome bonus.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
- The maximum bet amount when wagering with bonus balance may be limited.
5.3 VIP Program
1stbet's VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Higher VIP tiers can be reached through consistent active gaming.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
Using multiple accounts, coordinated betting or any other fraudulent method with the intent to abuse bonus benefits will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be closed.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Betting Limits
A minimum and maximum bet amount is set for each game and betting market. 1stbet reserves the right to change these limits at any time. Different limits may apply for special events or tournaments.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game or betting session ends abnormally due to a technical issue or server error, 1stbet reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount. Any winnings obtained by taking advantage of a technical error will not be considered valid.
6.3 Sports Betting
- Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi and other sports.
- If a match result or event is cancelled, the bet will be declared void and the bet amount will be refunded.
- For live betting, odds are subject to change and the odds at the time the bet is accepted are final.
- Betting using insider information or through match fixing is strictly prohibited.
6.4 Casino Games
All casino games are operated using certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are completely impartial and cannot be predetermined. To ensure fair play, we use software from established game providers (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Spribe).
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account cancellation:
